The heart behind
Eat With Jo

My name is Johana Boutros, founder of Eat With Jo, a food and lifestyle platform inspired by my journey toward better health and balance. Food has always meant more to me than fuel. It represents family, culture, love, and the sacrifices my parents made leaving Lebanon to build a better life for us.

Seven years ago, I made a promise to myself that changed everything. Through consistency, learning to nourish my body, and creating meals I loved, I lost 40 kilograms. That journey taught me health doesn’t need to mean restriction.

By sharing my recipes, mindset, and journey, I built a supportive community seeking realistic, enjoyable ways to live well. My approach is all about balance, simplicity, flavour, and the joy of sharing food with others.
